What Are Your Weather Policies?
Due to the trade winds, and many microclimates, weather on Maui can be relatively unpredictable. Rain can be encountered and followed by blue sky within the hour. We always try our best to map out your adventure for the best experience, but less than optimal weather is sometimes unavoidable. If we need to cancel due to severe weather conditions (ie: hurricanes, flash flooding, etc), you'll receive a full refund.
When and how do you accept payment for our tour?
To confirm your tour reservation, we will simply hold a credit card on file and send you a confirmation email with the details of your adventure tour with us. You will not be charged until the conclusion of your tour, at which point we're happy to accept credit card or cash.
Are your tours only for people with certain skill sets or fitness levels?
Not at all! As your tour will be completely private, we're more than happy to cater to your abilities and level of fitness while still providing an amazing adventure. Let us know if you have any injuries we should be mindful of, and we'll design your day specifically for you. Our goal is to help you reach your adventure potential, be safe, and have fun!
What should we bring on our adventure Tour, and what do you provide?
In regards to clothing, we advise that you wear a swimsuit with comfortable athletic gear over it. For footwear we recommend supportive shoes, that can get wet and be used for hiking. Or, you're welcome to bring both water shoes and hiking shoes. Please remember to bring plenty of sunscreen, and bug repellant if you need it! Epic Experience Maui provides water, a light snack, and extra towels. As we want you to fully enjoy the experience of the day, you're welcome to leave your cameras, phones, etc. and we'll capture those great moments along our adventure. There's nothing quite like living in the moment!
What is your cancellation policy?
Epic Experience Maui is able to issue a full refund 48 hours out from your booking. Within 48 hours, we do not offer any refunds.
